I know a lot of women suffer from depression after giving birth.

I experienced this myself after having my son George.

In this video, I’m going to show you how to do acupressure to reduce your postpartum depression.

The first acupressure point to help reduce your postpartum depression is ‘Bai Hui’.  It is found on the top/center of your head.

To find this point, place your thumbs at the top  of your ears, with your hands above the level of your ears.

Next, while keeping your thumbs on your ears, connect your two index fingers at the top of your head,  in the center of your head.

The point below your fingers is the ‘Bai Hui’ point.

Push down hard on this point, and continue the pressure while making a circular motion.  You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time.

The ‘Bai Hui’ points helps to reduce postpartum depression by releasing pressure that has built up in your brain.  It does this by increasing blood circulation in the brain thus relaxing the nerves of the brain.

The ‘Bai Hui’ point is also very effective at reducing headaches.

If you have any question about finding, pushing or understanding the benefits of the ‘Bai Hui’ point, please leave me a comment and I will respond to you.

In this video, I’m going to show you an acupressure point for post pregnancy weight loss…the ‘Shui Fen’ point.

This point will help you to eliminate your post pregnancy water retention.

The Shui Fen point is found one ‘cun’ above your belly button, on the yin meridian of your body.

In Chinese acupressure, the measurement of one cun is the distance from the end of your thumb to the first joint of your thumb.

So, to find the Shui Fen post pregnancy weight loss point, place the first joint of your thumb on the top of your belly button.

Measure one cun.

The point under the end of your thumb is the Shui Fen point.

Push down hard on this point, and continue pressure while making a circular motion. You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time. Do this three times a day.

The Shui Fen point helps you lose your post pregnancy weight by eliminating excess water that has sunk into your muscles, organs and fat.

When you reduce this post pregnancy water retention, you will slim down the size and shape of your body. You will lose extra pounds that you are carrying in unhealthy water.

Remember…push your points every day!

See you next time.

In this video, I’m going to show and explain to you 7 reasons why tai chi is the BEST exercise for burning off your post pregnancy belly fat, losing your after baby weight, getting back your beauty and achieving great health.

Reason #1 : Tai Chi Strengthens The Bones In Your Pelvic Region

Do you remember how much your pelvic region expanded during pregnancy and delivery?

Tai chi helps restrengthen these bones.

  • your hips and waist shrink back to their pre-baby size and shape
  • your pre-pregnancy stomach shape returns because your rib cage closes
  • and your lower spine restraightens giving you good lower posture

Reason #2: Tai Chi Improves Your Digestive System

Tai chi reduces your stomach bloating and gives you your flat stomach back.

Tai chi exercise eliminates the food that’s gotten stuck and built up in your intestines. This shrinks the bulge in your lower stomach area.

Reason #3: Tai Chi Improves Your Blood Circulation

Have you ever wondered why no matter what you do, you cant get rid of your stomach bulge?

This is because fat has accumulated on the outside of your internal organs. This causes you to have a large stomach.

Improving your blood circulation with tai chi eliminates this unhealthy fat and decreases the size and shape of your stomach area.

Reason #4: Tai Chi Makes You Sweat

If you don’t sweat often enough, you begin to retain water in your muscles, tissues and organs…and this leads to serious bloating.

When you practice tai chi, you begin to lose the ‘fat’ under your arms, and behind your legs and bum because you sweat out this water retention.

Reason #5: Tai Chi Massages Your Organs

You can never have a shapely , healthy and beautiful body if your organs don’t function properly.

Tai chi stomach breathing gets all your organs moving, improving your internal HEALTH.

Internal health leads to very fast and easy post pregnancy weight loss.

Reason #6: Tai Chi Is An Abs-Strengthening, Muscle-Building Workout

As you can see, in tai chi, your knees are always bent, firming the muscles behind your legs and bum. Your arms are always moving, toning your underarms. And, you’re always rotating and twisting…strengthening your abdominal muscles.

Tai chi targets and tightens the muscles in these hard-to-reach areas.

Reason #7: Tai Chi Balances Your Emotions

Tai chi is one big moving meditation.

When doing the movements in tai chi, you concentrate deeply, aligning your breath with each movement and focusing your mind on the flow of chi in and around your body.

The graceful movements relax and de-stress your mind, calming your emotions.

Tai chi really is the BEST exercise for burning off your post pregnancy belly fat, getting back your pre-baby beauty and achieving great health.

See you next time.

This is Part 3 of ‘Acupressure for Post Pregnancy Belly Fat’.

If you have not seen Part 1 and Part 2, you may want to go watch them…and see how easy it is to lose your post pregnancy weight and get back your beauty and health.

The third acupressure point for reducing your post pregnancy belly is ‘Tian Shu’.

They are found to the left and right of your belly button, at the level of your belly button.

To find these points, place the end of your thumb at the side of your belly button.  Next, trace a line from the end of your thumb to the first joint of your thumb. Mark this point.

Now, remove your thumb, and place the end of your thumb on the marked point.  Once again, trace a line from the end of your thumb to the first joint of you thumb.

The point that is under the joint is the ‘Tian Shu’ point.

Push down on this point, and continue pressure while making a circular motion. You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time. Do this on both sides of your belly.

The ‘Tian Shu’ acupressure point helps to reduce your post pregnancy belly by eliminating the fat that’s accumulated on the outside of your internal organs.

When you eliminate this unhealthy ‘organ fat’ that is caused by bad digestion and poor blood circulation, you decrease the size and shape of your stomach area.

Please leave me a comment and let me know how your acupressure pushing is working for you!

The second acupressure point to help reduce postpartum depression is ‘Tai Chong’.

It is found on the top of your feet.

To find this point, begin with your index finger between your first and second toe.

Next, trace a line back until you reach the point where the two bones of the toes connect.

Just before the meeting point of the bones is the Tai Chong point.

Push down hard on this point, and continue the pressure while making a circular motion. You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time. Do this on BOTH feet.

The Tai Chong point helps to calm your emotions.

It improves the flow of chi to your liver. This reduces postpartum depression because your liver controls the emotions that cause depression.

Push these points several times a day if you are experiencing regular postpartum depression…

…and please feel free to leave me a comment or contact me if you have any questions.
