Best Post Pregnancy Exercise: Tai Chi Weight Loss Post Pregnancy Workout

In this video, I’m going to show and explain to you 7 reasons why tai chi is the BEST exercise for burning off your post pregnancy belly fat, losing your after baby weight, getting back your beauty and achieving great health.

Reason #1 : Tai Chi Strengthens The Bones In Your Pelvic Region

Do you remember how much your pelvic region expanded during pregnancy and delivery?

Tai chi helps restrengthen these bones.

  • your hips and waist shrink back to their pre-baby size and shape
  • your pre-pregnancy stomach shape returns because your rib cage closes
  • and your lower spine restraightens giving you good lower posture

Reason #2: Tai Chi Improves Your Digestive System

Tai chi reduces your stomach bloating and gives you your flat stomach back.

Tai chi exercise eliminates the food that’s gotten stuck and built up in your intestines. This shrinks the bulge in your lower stomach area.

Reason #3: Tai Chi Improves Your Blood Circulation

Have you ever wondered why no matter what you do, you cant get rid of your stomach bulge?

This is because fat has accumulated on the outside of your internal organs. This causes you to have a large stomach.

Improving your blood circulation with tai chi eliminates this unhealthy fat and decreases the size and shape of your stomach area.

Reason #4: Tai Chi Makes You Sweat

If you don’t sweat often enough, you begin to retain water in your muscles, tissues and organs…and this leads to serious bloating.

When you practice tai chi, you begin to lose the ‘fat’ under your arms, and behind your legs and bum because you sweat out this water retention.

Reason #5: Tai Chi Massages Your Organs

You can never have a shapely , healthy and beautiful body if your organs don’t function properly.

Tai chi stomach breathing gets all your organs moving, improving your internal HEALTH.

Internal health leads to very fast and easy post pregnancy weight loss.

Reason #6: Tai Chi Is An Abs-Strengthening, Muscle-Building Workout

As you can see, in tai chi, your knees are always bent, firming the muscles behind your legs and bum. Your arms are always moving, toning your underarms. And, you’re always rotating and twisting…strengthening your abdominal muscles.

Tai chi targets and tightens the muscles in these hard-to-reach areas.

Reason #7: Tai Chi Balances Your Emotions

Tai chi is one big moving meditation.

When doing the movements in tai chi, you concentrate deeply, aligning your breath with each movement and focusing your mind on the flow of chi in and around your body.

The graceful movements relax and de-stress your mind, calming your emotions.

Tai chi really is the BEST exercise for burning off your post pregnancy belly fat, getting back your pre-baby beauty and achieving great health.

See you next time.

Hi TheXunni.

Thanks for your question.

Certainly, it is NOT too late for you to start practicing tai chi. It is an exercise for anyone, at any age…and you will find it extremely beneficial.

Tai chi is not only a fantastic low-impact physical exercise that gets your heart pumping and builds muscle, flexibility and balance, but it also greatly enhances the functioning of your organs. Improving organ functioning is very important for women who have just had a baby.

I suggest you begin with 15-30 minutes of tai chi to start off with…if you are new to this type of exercise. Take it slow so you don’t hurt yourself, and be patient with your progress.

Good luck and keep in touch!
