<p>If you have not seen <a href="http://loseyourpostpregnancybelly.com/belly-fat/post-pregnancy-belly-fat-zhong-wan-acupressure-point/" target="_self">Part 1</a> and <a href="http://loseyourpostpregnancybelly.com/belly-fat/postpartum-belly-fat-guan-yuan-acupressure-point/" target="_self">Part 2</a>, you may want to go watch them&#8230;and see how easy it is to lose your post pregnancy weight and get back your beauty and health.</p>
<p>The third acupressure point for reducing your post pregnancy belly is &#8216;Tian Shu&#8217;.</p>
<p>They are found to the left and right of your belly button, at the level of your belly button.</p>
<p>To find these points, place the end of your thumb at the side of your belly button.  Next, trace a line from the end of your thumb to the first joint of your thumb.  Mark this point.</p>
<p>Now, remove your thumb, and place the end of your thumb on the marked point.  Once again, trace a line from the end of your thumb to the first joint of you thumb.</p>
<p>The point that is under the joint is the &#8216;Tian Shu&#8217; point.</p>
<p>Push down on this point, and continue pressure while making a circular motion.  You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time.  Do this on both sides of your belly.</p>
<p>The &#8216;Tian Shu&#8217; acupressure point helps to reduce your post pregnancy belly by eliminating the fat that&#8217;s accumulated on the outside of your internal organs.</p>
<p>When you eliminate this unhealthy &#8216;organ fat&#8217; that is caused by bad digestion and poor blood circulation, you decrease the size and shape of your stomach area.</p>

<p>Things have been a little busy lately putting together the <a href="http://loseyourpostpregnancybelly.com" target="_blank">&#8220;Post Pregnancy Weight Loss Manual: How to Lose 30lbs of Post Pregnancy Belly Fat in Less Than 90 Days Using Little Known Chinese Medical Weight Loss Secrets&#8221;</a>.</p>
<p>Today, I reveal a second acupressure point for reducing your postpartum belly.</p>
<p>The second acupressure point for reducing your <a href="http://loseyourpostpregnancybelly.com/category/belly-fat/"title="Post Pregnancy Belly" >post pregnancy belly</a> is &#8216;Guan Yuan&#8217;.</p>
<p>Like the Zhong Wan point, it is found on the yin meridian of your body&#8230; BELOW your belly button.</p>
<p>To find the Guan Yuan point, put the fingers of your left hand together, with your thumb sticking out.</p>
<p>Next, place your hand on your stomach below your belly button.  The second joint of your middle finger should line up with your belly button.</p>
<p>Then, from your belly button, trace a line down&#8230;over the second joint of your middle finger, to below your pinky finger.</p>
<p>The point below your pinky finger is the Guan Yuan point.</p>
<p>Push down on this point and continue pressure while making a circular motion.  You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time.</p>
<p>The Guan Yuan point helps to reduce your postpartum belly as is reduces the bulge in your LOWER stomach.  It improves your digestive system, especially the functioning of your small intestine.</p>
<p>When you push the Guan Yuan point, you eliminate the food that&#8217;s gotten stuck and built up in your intestines.</p>
<p>This reduces the bloating of your lower stomach area, giving you a flatter abdomen.</p>

<p>There are several great acupressure points for reducing your <a href="http://loseyourpostpregnancybelly.com/category/belly-fat/"title="Post Pregnancy Belly" >post pregnancy belly</a>.  The one I teach in this video is called &#8216;Zhong Wan&#8217;.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s very easy to find the Zhong Wan point.  It&#8217;s located on the yin meridian of your body, between you sternum and belly button.</p>
<p>To find this point, start with the index finger of your right hand at the bottom of your sternum.</p>
<p>Next, trace a line form the bottom of your sternum to your belly button.</p>
<p>The Zhong Wan point is found in the center of this line.</p>
<p>Push down on this point, and continue pressure while making a circular motion.  You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time.</p>
<p>The Zhong Wan point helps to reduce your post pregnancy belly by shrinking the bulge in your UPPER stomach area.</p>
<p>It improves blood and chi circulation in your stomach, and releases the built up gas that causes stomach bloating.</p>
