In this video, I’m going to teach you how to do acupressure to lose your post pregnancy weight and get back your pre-pregnancy body shape.
There are several great acupressure points for reducing your post pregnancy belly. The one I teach in this video is called ‘Zhong Wan’.
It’s very easy to find the Zhong Wan point. It’s located on the yin meridian of your body, between you sternum and belly button.
To find this point, start with the index finger of your right hand at the bottom of your sternum.
Next, trace a line form the bottom of your sternum to your belly button.
The Zhong Wan point is found in the center of this line.
Push down on this point, and continue pressure while making a circular motion. You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time.
The Zhong Wan point helps to reduce your post pregnancy belly by shrinking the bulge in your UPPER stomach area.
It improves blood and chi circulation in your stomach, and releases the built up gas that causes stomach bloating.
