Today, I reveal a second acupressure point for reducing your postpartum belly.
The second acupressure point for reducing your post pregnancy belly is ‘Guan Yuan’.
Like the Zhong Wan point, it is found on the yin meridian of your body… BELOW your belly button.
To find the Guan Yuan point, put the fingers of your left hand together, with your thumb sticking out.
Next, place your hand on your stomach below your belly button. The second joint of your middle finger should line up with your belly button.
Then, from your belly button, trace a line down…over the second joint of your middle finger, to below your pinky finger.
The point below your pinky finger is the Guan Yuan point.
Push down on this point and continue pressure while making a circular motion. You want to do 30-50 circles, applying pressure the entire time.
The Guan Yuan point helps to reduce your postpartum belly as is reduces the bulge in your LOWER stomach. It improves your digestive system, especially the functioning of your small intestine.
When you push the Guan Yuan point, you eliminate the food that’s gotten stuck and built up in your intestines.
This reduces the bloating of your lower stomach area, giving you a flatter abdomen.
